Barretos Country Resort is a big leisure complex in Barretos (São Paulo countryside) built around a “country” theme and, in practice, it’s the kind of place where you stay inside the property and spend the day between pools, food, and family activities. The highlight is the themed water park with warm natural waters, a wave pool with many wave patterns, lazy river, slides, kids’ areas, rest zones, and plenty of support structure like places to eat and recreation staff. It also mixes in rural-style attractions (like a small farm/mini zoo vibe), keeping that “interior” feel even with resort comfort. For lodging, it’s common to find meal plans (including full board in some packages) and the resort is positioned close to the city and the Parque do Peão, which is handy during the rodeo season.

Why are the prices so low?
The owner has already paid for the unit and gets one week a year. If they do not use it or let it out, the week simply expires. That is why the prices sit well below the standard nightly rate — letting it go cheaply beats losing it altogether.
